Vixen has been a fairly well known Japanese manufacturer of quality telescopes and accessories since 1949. Their products were cheifly imported under the Celestron name, but the company has made telescopes and accessories for several other well known brand names as well. They are presently marketed under the Orion name brand. Along the way numerous telescopes have slipped in with the Vixen name as well.

These both were supplied with 1 ¼" accessories and 6x30 finders. The 90mm f/11.1 achromatic and f/8 flourite tubes on the same mount were designated appropriately 90 SPM and 90F SPM. | ||
