LZOS

This respected Russian optics maker initially had only one telescope that became popular in the US. In more recent times many other telescope designs have begun appearing.

The Astro-Rubinar was a compact, 100mm diameter f/10 optical tube with no finder, a small tripod mounting block, 1 ¼" visual back, a set of colored filters for the front lens and a carrying case. The optical configuration is more like a Schmidt-Cassegrain than a Maksutov, but is a hybrid design. The optics were multi-coated.
